Brilliant Bath Bombs! Oh, what fun we had 🫧

In all the madness that was a blur of crafting and family time over August, I forgot to share these little superstars and our Makes and Bakes Simply Splashing class.

and I hosted a craft class making beautiful-smelling bath bombs and decorating the tastiest biscuits in the land last month. It was great to see you all!

A happy belated birthday to Emilia!

She celebrated her 8th birthday with a slime party over the bank holiday weekend and everyone had so much fun.

There was bubble blowing, charm choosing, pot decorating and of course a LOT of slime mixing. (I'm building up some serious arm muscles over here 😂)

Stress-free parties - it's my thing...

And local mum, Emma, agrees! She booked a slime party last month and this is what she had to say!

'Lexy was absolutely incredible and somehow managed to keep a group of very excited little girls completely captivated from start to finish!

It was so much more than just making slime. The girls actually learnt what goes into it and made everything themselves, choosing their own colours, glitters, charms and even scents. They decorated their slime pots and party bags, made fluffy slime and even learnt how to blow huge bubbles with it — they were completely in their element!

Every part was so hands on and beautifully thought out with so many little details and choices that made it feel really special to each child. And from a parent’s point of view, it was an absolute dream — Lexy arrived with everything she needed, set it all up and tidied everything away afterwards. We genuinely didn’t have to think about a thing.

Seeing how happy and engrossed they all were for the entire party said it all. Lexy is brilliant at what she does and gave our daughter the dreamiest 4th birthday. We’ll 100% be booking another one of her parties in the future!'
