Sometimes there is nothing better than a classic dish, but made canapé sized….. this is our cottage pie pie! Crispy flaky pastry, rich beef mince filling, topped with creamy mash and finished with a sprinkling of cheese.

This weekend we provided and served canapés for a 25 year wedding anniversary. They went down a storm with the guests.
We provided a mix of hot and cold canapés prepared freshly in the clients kitchen to assure they were at their best.
The South Coast team went above and beyond to ensure our clients had a memorable experience

These are little mouthfuls of potato heaven. Thin slices of potato are coated in duck fat and layered up before going into the oven for 4 hours. They are then compressed in the fridge for 8 hours, before getting sliced into cubes and deep fried. They are topped with a dijon mustard glaze, a pickled onion gel and smoked salt. They really are special.

Helped a local hotel in need today, they needed some last minute sweet canapés as they had a meeting to cater for …. Luckily we came to the rescue and baked up some delicious cakes for them!
