HELLO ALL 👋

I know i have been very quiet on the socials this summer because if im honest, I just haven't had the time or energy 😅

I thought i would give you a little update after my silence. As well as it being wedding season and spending time with my wild toddler, we have also finally moved house after 2 YEARS of trying. YES, you heard that right!! With this move comes a new home studio and cutting patch to grow lots of beautiful blooms. If you are interested, I will take you on the journey of their transformations. I have lots of exciting plans and can't wait to start putting them into place.

I have also now stopped my other part-time job, so I am an official full-time flower fairy. 🧚‍♂️ This means I have more time to actually upload bits on socials from this summer.... If I remember 😂

If you have read this far hello to any new followers, this is a half profile of my face that Dominic Williams was very sneaky in taking. Im really not a fan of being in front of the camera nowadays, probably because I got roped into helping my brother when he was studying photography when I was younger. 👀 anyways I will try harder to show my face, but there is a reason why my business is called Wild Ginger, so I can only apologise in advance.

I dont think i will ever get over the incredible colours that autumn brings. It will forever be my favourite season for creating!!

It was such a special weekend, I can't wait to show you more. So much colour, and I was totally here for it!

Did someone say COLOUR?

I ABSOLUTELY jumped for joy when Adam & Ben told me the colour palette for their wedding. If you know me, you will know I love a bit of colour!!!

It was such a hot day, but it made the colour zing just that little bit more. I loved that they were both conscious of arrangements getting repurposed throughout the day so they wouldn't go to waste. The pillars were used to frame the entrance for the evening guests arrival and the isle meadows were dotted around the venue. Flowers were also wrapped up on the pack down so family and friends could continue to enjoy them.

Being a sustainable florist, I will always suggest ways flowers can have another purpose on the day or after.

Want to learn something new? 🌼

Come join me at the most beautiful wellness space for a relaxed evening!

I want to spread my love of flowers to everyone and to show how therapeutic they can be. This will be a lovely intimate workshop with limited spaces available to keep that chilled vibe.

I will show you all the processes that go into making my signature style bouquets that are inspired by English gardens and nature's surroundings. We will be using locally grown flowers and sustainable materials.

This workshop is perfect for any diy couples or if you would like to cut flowers from your own garden this summer.
If you are in need of a little creative respite for yourself or would like to catch up with a friend, then come along and get inspired.

Workshop includes

All materials/tools, flowers, wrapping.
Expert tuition on flower conditioning and arranging as well as any other advice you would like. 🧡

Floor arrangements

Not all your wedding flowers have to go on the table. Why not add a little drama to your table by creating different heights that then run off the table onto the floor.

This is also a really good way to repurpose your ceremony meadows somewhere else later in the day.
