Hi everyone
I just wanted to remind you all that we hire our gorgeous candle holder for Batmitzvah’s.
If your daughter is having the candle lighting ceremony. Either in shul, at the venue or even at home as part of her Friday night family dinner.
We would love to be part of it.
The candle holder can also be personalised with your daughter’s name which makes a lovely keepsake after the event.
We can also offer a package price if you take the candle holder as well as a post box.

It’s so good to be back after the summer with a busy weekend of post box bookings for the bank holiday.
Reminiscing back to 2021 when my son Sam had his Barmitzvah this weekend.
A covid barmitzvah we had 6 different parties over the whole weekend at our home.
It was hard work but each party was very special.
Mazel tov to everyone having their parties this weekend.

The Batmitzvah candle lighting ceremony is a meaningful and often emotional part of many Bat Mitzvah celebrations. It’s not a required religious ritual in Judaism, but rather a modern tradition usually done at the party after the synagogue service.
🌟 What is it?
A Bat Mitzvah marks when a Jewish girl (typically at age 12) becomes responsible for her own actions in Jewish law. During the celebration, the candle lighting ceremony is a way for her to honor important people in her life.
🕯️ How it works
* A set number of candles (commonly 12) are placed on a decorative stand.
* The Bat Mitzvah girl lights them one by one.
* Each candle is dedicated to a specific person or group, such as:
* Parents
* Siblings
* Grandparents
* Friends
* Teachers or mentors
💬 What she says
As each candle is lit, she usually:
* Says a few words about the person (funny, heartfelt, or both)

It can be used as part of their D’Var Torah in shul, at the venue or can also be used if having a special Friday night dinner with family & friends.
