From the very beginning, when I was making simple headbands, to now creating artificial wedding flowers and beautiful arrangements for your special day , so much of my journey has been made possible because of the support and trust you have given me.
Every order, every message, every recommendation, every kind review and every returning customer means more than you probably realise.
When you choose a small business, you’re not just buying a product. You’re supporting someone’s time, creativity, hard work, ideas and dreams.
I’ve always believed that good customer service is about more than simply making and delivering an order. It’s about listening, communicating, being honest, being patient and treating every customer with respect.
I know that when you order something for a wedding or special occasion, you’re trusting me to create something that will be part of a very important memory. That trust is something I never take for granted.
Of course, running a small business isn’t always easy. There are busy days, stressful moments and challenges along the way. But I believe that no matter how busy we become, kindness, good manners and professionalism should never be forgotten.
