So one of my favourite cakes is eclairs so I decided to do something similar but different for a change…… choux buns with pistachios and mocha topping filled with crème patisserie.
They not the most elegant looking but oh my word !! They were divine.😋
AND the chocolate lime tarts ? Yes please 🤣
