This lovely client came to her appointment wanting extensions and acrylics. But after taking a close look at her natural nails and having a chat about her goals, we decided that wasn’t actually the best route for her.

Sometimes the best nail service isn’t the one a client asks for—it’s the one that will help them achieve the results they really want. 💅

We talked through her concerns, her lifestyle, and her long-term nail goals, and together we decided to start a BIAB growth journey instead. By focusing on strengthening and protecting her natural nails, we’ll be able to build a healthier foundation and work towards the length she wants naturally.
