Our Story

The Wellbeing Farm certainly isn’t an ordinary wedding venue. Situated in the picturesque moorlands of Bolton, Greater Manchester; we specialise in relaxed, fun, and quirky weddings. Weddings where everything from the food, to the styling, to the entertainment, can be tailored to suit you. We certainly don’t do cookie cutter weddings, and we ensure this by making our farm exclusive hire, so your special day is fully yours.

Does the idea of tailoring a wedding completely around you sound daunting? It’s not. We’re there every single step of the way on your wedding journey. Need to talk about the food options on the day? Have a meeting with us. Need décor for the wedding barn? Take a look in our prop shed. A week before the wedding and you’re feeling nervous? Come in for a cup of tea and a chat. No task is too big, or too small, for us here at The Wellbeing Farm.

We’re the perfect country chic venue for you to create a unique wedding experience that will reflect your personalities. We can hold up to 170 guests for the ceremony, and up to 300 for the evening reception. Amenities on the farm include: a tipi, a fire-pit, a bo***ir, two locations licensed for weddings, two indoor bars, and an outdoor bar too! Another major attraction is the wildlife on the farm, you’ll never be more than 10 seconds from a picture with one of our friendly llamas, alpacas or donkeys.

Not getting married? No problem! We’re a multi-purpose venue, with the facilities to hold birthday parties, corporate parties, bar/bat mitzahs and much more!
