A busy week that saw too many tributes made, but a first for me was the northern soul fist logo … sure many of you remember wigan casino and the all nighters … I hope Peter’s “out on the dance floor” with his talc … my thoughts are with all the families again this week for who I have prepared their loved ones flowers , it’s always a privilege to be asked 🙏🏻 and last but not least ..Horwich’s very own Jennifer Anniston (Angela Bloor) looking stunning for her sons wedding with bag spray to complement her stunning outfit 🧡 Thankyou again , for ordering with me , as always it’s much appreciated x

Sunday again and another flowery ramble … this week a recommendation to a family outside my usual logistic area , and again as we got talking about the gentleman in question realised that he had been an old flower industry friend of my dads … incredible how this job came to me … maybe higher forces at work I think 🙏🏻 lots of summer colours and speciality roses for another cherished dad … an absolute privilege to be asked , lots of happier occasions too , so grateful

So many beautiful flowers to choose from this week which helped me put together some very special tributes … some with hidden messages from family that will stay between us but you know who you are …. I was very proud and privileged to do them for you … flowers for ringing the bell of the end of chemo for one lovely lady … a momentous occasion that makes me realise how very lucky I am to do this job where flowers have so many meanings …. And how beautiful is the garden rose Vuvuzela with her frilly ruffles 💜Thankyou as always for choosing me to do your flowers 🙏🏻

It’s been a birthday sort of week with lots of gift bouquets delivered .. a nicer side to the job … a traditional cross made for a funeral , I used to make so many of these years ago .. how times change 🙏🏻 also received a nomination for the county brides north west wedding awards , lifted my spirits this week … as always thankyou for the orders and please keep recommending me , it’s so much appreciated x

I was selected at random this week by a lady who needed funeral flowers for her dad , she arrived from Bermuda on Tuesday and stumbled across my page and rang me … this was a funeral in Liverpool for Friday , but as we got chatting it turned out her dad used to be a landlord in Horwich 50 years ago … without prompting I asked if his name was Austin …. Imagine her shock when i was right .. I don’t know how I knew but I just did… he ran the Jolly Crofters 50 years ago and I remember him being a friend of my grandad… small world , I feel she was guided to my page so sometimes things are just meant to be and nice that I had a personal connection 🙏🏻 also made an anchor in favourite rugby team colours , flowers for two different salons and a large artificial vase to complement a fabulous sitting room … all in all a good week so Thankyou as always for choosing me ( even if it’s by chance ) it’s always appreciated x
