Ink & Bloom Ink & Bloom is a luxury stationery and paper goods studio, founded by designer Louise Clegg. We create with sustainability in mind.

The brand was born in 2020 when Louise sought to bring a collection of aspirational designs to the luxury stationery market that she would feel proud to display within her interior styled spaces. Inspired by the textures, tones and colours in modern day living, our signature aesthetic is abstract, artful and chic. Louise hand-paints all our designs at our home studio in Manchester using a variety

of painting techniques including gouache, acrylic and watercolour. Our signature minimal aesthetic was born from a desire to create beautiful, aspirational designs that stand out from the crowd and put a smile on peoples faces. We love the satisfaction that comes with receiving a handwritten greeting from a loved one, and strive to bring joy in those precious moments. We select high quality materials to ensure our products are beautiful and well-made and use environmentally certified paper stock for all our printed products. Our packaging is 100% compostable. All of our paper goods are proudly printed in England and assembled by hand in our studio to ensure every product is inspected before packaging and shipping.

Inspired by my dad. 🤎

For as long as I remember, our house was filled with music. His record player was always on, whether it was The Cranberries, Sting, Enya or Paul Simon playing through the speakers. It became the soundtrack to my childhood.

When created this card, I found myself thinking about those memories and the comfort of hearing music through the house. So this little illustration is a nod to my lovely dad and his lifelong love of tunes.

One of the things I love most about designing cards is that so many of them begin with a personal story, memory or moment that means something to me.

Behind this business is a mum who has helped in more ways than people will ever see.

From helping with my daughter in post partum chaos, to pep talks, folding cards, market days and everything in between, I honestly couldn’t have done this without her.

I think a lot of small businesses are quietly held together by mums behind the scenes 🤍
