A little behind-the-scenes from today’s prep 👩🏽🍳✨
Tomorrow’s orders are going to be full of flavour…
The beef birria has been slow cooked for 12 hours using beautiful Aberdeen beef 🥩 — rich, tender and packed with deep, comforting flavour.
The pork carnitas have had the love they deserve too… cooked low and slow for 8 hours, then finished on the skillet for that perfect crispy, golden crust 🤤
And of course, everything is paired with my homemade avocado & jalapeño dip 🥑🌶️ — fresh, creamy with just the right kick.
Everything made from scratch, with time, care and a lot of love ❤️
