Still buzzing from Katie and Cat’s wedding on Friday. The rain held off, the llamas came out to play and we all had the best day ever. 💞

This was a really personal ceremony for me. One of those full circle moments in life as Katie was actually one of my students many moons ago and went on to be my teacher recently as we prepared for our Strictly debut.

So, yes, I couldn’t help but shed a little happy tear myself as I watched these two beautiful souls say “I do” 💍

The day was captured in a fun and relaxed way by our brilliant photographer Luke and we had beautiful music throughout the day from 🎹

I know that these two are going to have the happiest future together and I am immensely proud to have been a part of such a special day 🥰

Yesterday I had the privilege of leading a Celebration of Life for Ken, who lived for a fabulous 96 years and kept dancing until the age of 93. There were tears and there was laughter as well as a soundtrack carefully chosen by Ken himself. As he danced his way to heaven, we followed his last wishes and all danced our way out of the chapel. What a beautiful celebration of a life rich in family, friends, fun and fancy footwork.

💜 As a celebrant, I spend a lot of time with families who have been so positively impacted by and the amazing work that they do caring for patients and their loved ones.

💃🏻 So this year I signed up to do the Strictly Learn to Dance Challenge, dragging my poor unsuspecting partner along for the ride.

🪩 With just 12 weeks of practice before the grand finale on Friday 27th March we are (almost) ready to take to the dance floor. However we are still a little way off our fundraising target. If any of my lovely followers feel able to donate, no matter how small, we would really appreciate it 🙏
