Seasonal canapes included Selsey crab and prawn crostini, Goodwood venison pops, salmon and ricotta tartlets and a special bespoke canape, mini aloo paratha bites with chef's own homegrown green chillis π₯π₯π₯π₯
Gorgeous sourdough by was waiting for guests on the star wars themed tables when they were seated, along with herb butter and marinated olives. Next we served starter sharing platters of cured meats and local cheeses by and our fave , with locally grown plums and chef Jacqueline's allotment chutney.
Southdowns lamb rump with creamy daupinouise, red wine jus and seasonal vegetables came next, followed by sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce, clotted cream, ginger biscuit and fresh orange.
Bacon rolls came out later on to keep the party going, and we also served the drinks supplied by the couple all day, as well as cutting the cake, rolling it in napkins and handing it out π
