This weekend we will be making a long overdue return to East Preston Food & Drink Festival.
We are having a break from the Mexican this time but we will be bringing you amazing Sausages and Mash!. On the Sausage Menu will be

Cheese and Marmite
Classic Cumberland
Pork and Apple
Mango and Lime
Welsh Dragon.

Sticking out of a mound of creamy mash and smothered in our own homemade Onion Gravy(or non onion if you wish) you can have one type or even a mixture, you have the chance to sample some amazing butchers made sausages.

On holiday at the moment and popped into Ludham butchers en route. We had steak and kidney pie for lunch and for dinner we BBQ’d Minted Lamb Leg steaks, Vennison Sausages and Chinese pork ribs. The quality of the meat was top notch and it cooked so well, really impressed with this butchers and will definitely be back when we are next on the Broads. From a Chef to a supplier, well done lads, absolutely cracking job!.

And last but certainly not least, following The XLNT’s second appearance on the Sunday to close the show we have the amazing Road To Roma who are going to bring their own take on 80’s, classic prog rock and maybe a few surprises to our stage. They return to us after gracing our stage at Mayflower Fest last year and are an amazing and well loved local band.
