On Sunday the 13th of April The Popinjay Hotel will be rolling out the red carpet, welcoming you all to our Spring Wedding Fayre 🌸 Running from 12-4pm our fayre is free to attend, no tickets required. Whether your planning a Wedding or Event we have everything that you need!

🥂How does a glass of fizz and canapes on arrival sound? 🥂

Meet our Executive Chef and talk through food options, sample some canapes and sneak a treat from some of our wonderful Exhibitors ⭐️*weather depending* we will have an outdoor ceremony set up for you to see. Two indoor set ups created by local wedding designers.

🎵Live music throughout the day 🎵

When the fayre is finished will be having an after party in our Rosebank Suite, live music, dancing and fun for FREE! Grab your family, friends and wedding party for a full day of fun at The Popinjay Hotel!

The Who and The Why ❤️

So apparently Instagram wants to see the face behind the name…so here I am.

Laura, 42, wedding obsessed and also a lover of wine, chocolate and making sure everything matches 🙌

I started Ivory Towers 12 years ago from my grans dining table where I made my first ever set of wedding invites. (I actually still have them but they’re definitely not Instagram worthy 🙄)

Fast forward 12 years and we now have a huge unit and showroom, a fabulous team of staff and have the privilege of working on approximately 100 weddings a year 💍

It’s certainly a very high pressured industry and we only ever get one chance to make it right. I wouldn’t change it for the world as it’s always been my dream and that wee face in the picture above is the reason I keep going through every long day and stressful situation 👩🏼‍❤️‍👩🏼

I take my hat off to any mum who juggles work life and mum life as it’s definitely not easy. Neither offer much time off or holidays but with both the rewards definitely make it worthwhile ❤️

I take great pride in everything that goes on at Ivory Tower HQ and promise to keep putting 100 % effort into each and every wedding that myself and the team work on. Very excited for all the wonderful 2025 weddings we have coming up and lots of exciting things happening this year 👰‍♂️ 🤵‍♂️
