Christmas Wreath Workshop in Durham

I will be at the fabulous The Weigh To Shop in Framwellgate, Durham on 12th December, 4.30 to make one of a kind wreathes with you, using locally grown foliage and natural decorations for a more sustainable wreath.

Busy day yesterday Blanchland and Hunstanworth Show decorating the hay seat, which turned out to be a giant😆 Thank you to Micheal and the crew who built it

Got to use beautiful end of summer British flowers for a lovely seasonal feel.

🌲🎄🌲NEW CHRISTMAS WREATH WORKSHOP DATE🌲🎄🌲

Sunday 29th November at 2.00 pm at Langley Tracks

Join me for an extra special wreath making class at Langley Tracks to get you in the festive mood. Weather permitting we will be making the foliage bases of our wreath in the clearing in the beautiful forest before heading inside the old wait room to warm up with mulled w**e.

Our foliage will be locally grown and there will be a lovely selection of dried fruit, feathers, luxury ribbons, pine cones and decorative foliage so that your wreath will be truly unique and look fabulous on your door.

Who doesn't love a little Sunday flat lay? I laid out this poppy for pressing earlier in the summer and was amazed that when it came out of the press it had actually reverted to it a beautiful pinky red!

I've been a little quiet recently as I work on a few exciting upcoming projects including the Ushaw Flower Festival coming up on 10th to 13 September.

There will be floral displays on the theme of Songs of the North East in the absolutely gorgeous setting of Ushaw House, so definitely a date for the diary.
