We’re on the hunt for TWO talented Chef de Parties to join an ambitious, passionate kitchen team at a stunning country house hotel.

🍽️ What we're looking for:

At least 2 AA Rosette experience preferred

Fresh, seasonal, quality-driven food lovers

Team players with real creative flair

Passion, drive, and a great attitude

💰 The Package:

£34,000 – £36,000 basic salary

+ approx. £2,000 tronc

Live-in available (£1.5k per year)

Straight shifts – early finishes around 9.30pm

48 hrs/week, 5 days over 7 (includes weekends)

Breakfast chef covers 4 days – rest shared on rota
