With over a decade in the culinary world, Louis brings a wealth of experience and precision to every kitchen he steps into – and we’re proud to have him as one of our most requested chefs here at Catering Elite.
Louis began his journey as a pot washer in a pub and has since carved out a diverse and dynamic career. From gastro pubs to rosette-level restaurants, hotels to country inns, and even a police force kitchen, his adaptability knows no bounds.
Specialising in pastry and dessert preparation, Louis has held roles from Commis Chef to Pastry Chef and Junior Sous, showing off his skills across every corner of the kitchen.
Since joining Catering Elite in July 2022, Louis has become a true powerhouse — working across schools, care homes, sports stadiums, hotels, wedding venues, and private events. Whether it’s a one-off shift or a long-term placement, he delivers excellence every single time. ⭐️
