We’ve got an exciting 3-WEEK CONTRACT up for grabs for Dubai-based actors and performers this December!

We’re looking for BIG personalities, bags of energy and fun, fabulous people who LOVE interacting with guests to help bring our festive elves to life at Dubai’s most magical immersive experience, Dear Santa! 🎅🏼❤️

🎄 THE CONTRACT
3 weeks throughout December, working 3 days on, 1 day off.

THE AUDITION
📅 Thursday 22nd October 2026

WHAT. A. NIGHT. 🔥

Four shows and one INCREDIBLE night celebrating the Awards 2026! 🪩❤️

Honestly, one of the most fun and exciting events we’ve had the pleasure of being a part of, and we are SO proud of what we put on that stage!

We’ve got an absolutely ridiculous amount of show footage that we cannot WAIT to share with you all… but we got a bit impatient. 😂

So whilst we attempt to go through it all, here’s a little sneak peek of our gorgeous cast rehearsing on stage earlier in the day!

A HUGE thank you to everyone at for trusting us to bring the entertainment to life, and to our phenomenal cast and creatives who absolutely SMASHED it.

Apparently “just chill for four 8s” means something VERY different to dancers 😂🔥

Last night we kicked off a VERY exciting week with the brilliant team, helping them celebrate their huge 30th anniversary 🥂✨

Three shows down, but we’re absolutely not finished yet…

Tomorrow night we’re back for the Beautyworld Awards 2026 with and we’ve got an EPIC evening of entertainment planned 👀

Day 4 in the studio and the Dubai cast are absolutely SMASHING it🔥

A ridiculous amount of choreography, very (VERY) little sitting down, far too many laughs and some SERIOUS talent in this room!!

Dubai, we’ve got some REALLY exciting things coming your way, and this lot are making our jobs look far too easy!

Manchester auditions 🔥

We’ve always wanted a Pop Up audition to feel less like an audition and more like a really REALLY great day.

Great choreo, great music and none of that scary audition room energy.

And judging by this room… Manchester understood the assignment 😂

Offers will start landing very soon 👀

And, we’re already excited to do it all over again.

Until the next one… 👀🫶

Manchester… you lot were RIDICULOUS 🔥

We’ve always appreciated how much goes into showing up to an audition.

The early alarm, the trains, the petrol, the hotel sometimes, the money, the nerves, and learning choreo in approximately 0.4 seconds while trying to look like you’re absolutely fine 😂

Not everyone in that room can get a yes, but everyone in that room can have a great experience.

All we ever want is for those attending to meet people, hype each other up, dance loads, laugh, and leave thinking, “even if I don’t get the job, that was actually a great day.”

Huge shoutout to for being MEGA 🔥, and an even bigger thank you to every single person who came through those doors and gave it everything.

Manchester, you made our job incredibly difficult. Which is both a compliment and really quite annoying. 😂🔥

Kinda chic to not be corporate.

Kinda chic to have a CEO and still no adult supervision.

Kinda chic to have high standards and absolutely no suits.

Kinda chic to take your work seriously, but not yourselves.

No suits. No “kind regards”. No pretending to be more serious than we are.

Just a team of very different humans who genuinely like each other, care massively about what we do, and have a wardrobe that is approximately 95% Pop Up merch. 😂

Turns out you can be bloody good at what you do without having to act serious while you’re doing it.

Kinda chic, really. 💅
