We’ve always wanted a Pop Up audition to feel less like an audition and more like a really REALLY great day.

Great choreo, great music and none of that scary audition room energy.

And judging by this room… Manchester understood the assignment 😂

Manchester… you lot were RIDICULOUS 🔥

We’ve always appreciated how much goes into showing up to an audition.

The early alarm, the trains, the petrol, the hotel sometimes, the money, the nerves, and learning choreo in approximately 0.4 seconds while trying to look like you’re absolutely fine 😂

Not everyone in that room can get a yes, but everyone in that room can have a great experience.

All we ever want is for those attending to meet people, hype each other up, dance loads, laugh, and leave thinking, “even if I don’t get the job, that was actually a great day.”

Huge shoutout to for being MEGA 🔥, and an even bigger thank you to every single person who came through those doors and gave it everything.

Manchester, you made our job incredibly difficult. Which is both a compliment and really quite annoying. 😂🔥

Kinda chic to not be corporate.

Kinda chic to have a CEO and still no adult supervision.

Kinda chic to have high standards and absolutely no suits.

Kinda chic to take your work seriously, but not yourselves.

No suits. No “kind regards”. No pretending to be more serious than we are.

Just a team of very different humans who genuinely like each other, care massively about what we do, and have a wardrobe that is approximately 95% Pop Up merch. 😂

Turns out you can be bloody good at what you do without having to act serious while you’re doing it.

Kinda chic, really. 💅
