What’s the problem with local venues not willing to give local DJs a chance?

We see it time and time again where people are just trying to make it work but they get left behind because they’ve not got a big enough following🤦🏽

What happened to taking a risk?
What happened to supporting locals?
What happened to networking?

Everyone runs their mouth about "supporting locals" but when it come down to it… they don’t👀

It doesn’t matter what type of DJ you are, it’s happening across the board and unfortunately with how the world works, if you’re not popular enough then you don’t get a chance 🤷🏽
