The first time I visited Hengrave Hall was to deliver this beauty for J & O, and I loved every detail of creating it. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect for such an elegant design, with its timeless features and soft romantic touches.

What I wish more couples knew when booking their wedding cake...

It takes a minimum of three full days to create a wedding cake (often longer, depending on the design). Sugar flowers, hand-painted details, structural elements... they all take time, and that time is built into your booking.

So when you check availability, you're not just booking me for your wedding day, you're also securing the 3–5 days beforehand that I’ll need to create your cake from scratch. This is why popular weekends book up early, and why I only take on one wedding per day.
