~ The Controversial Pleat ~ by ICED

Still one of the most controversial cakes in our home…

It’s no secret my husband is my biggest critic
(and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way).

When it came to this design, I was completely in love
especially the pleated detailing.

But there was that look from him…
the quiet “I’m not too sure about this one.”

And even though I was convinced, that 1% doubt still lingered.

Fast forward to setup —
the cake, set on a statement pedestal by Leon,
the Noor stage by ,
the The Glass Marquee by MyLahore styling…

and I just knew.

It was exactly how it was meant to be.

The compliments from vendors,the way it all came together one of those moments that reminds you
to trust your vision.

And yet…
it’s still that cake in our house 😅
