BIG SHOUT OUT!! 💪

Just wanted to say a massive well done to my dad! What an inspirational fit man he is. Just completing another incredible challenge with a fantastic team, teammckeown 👏

This phenomenal group of people have just completed cycling from Geneva to Nice featuring climbs from the Tour De France 💪 not for the faint hearted.

Today was special 🧡 having coached for 20 years and being part of many kids sporting lives is incredible.
Today Charlie and my nephew started my classes and it was perfect. I’m not sure who enjoyed it more them or me. Can’t wait for next week. 😀
