LIFE SINCE JAN ❄️ Follow for life as a private chef and how to create chef quality food at home
This isn’t the first time I’ve made a huge shift in my career (more on that later)
I’ve ran my street food business for 4 years. It took me to the British Street food awards, I had been on TV and served for celebrities. But every year markets that I had been doing for years were getting worse with footfall, lack of advertising or the weather.
In Jan I was spending time beside my aunt in hospital and an ad came up for . She said I should go for it so I registered, quickly made some example menus and within 24 hours I had my first booking.
I very quickly had gone from not knowing what stock to take to a market and hoping people will turn up to ordering what I needed and cooking for guests in holiday homes across the North.
Since then I have started up my Instagram and slowly posting new material and showing you what my life looks like as a private chef.
I’ve also got a mentor and trying to get my own bookings now too. This week alone I’ve had 4 wedding enquiries with 1 booked and 1 contract sent out!
I’ll always be grateful for my aunt pushing me to apply, the time spent with her and her sharing recipes with me
