It's the last few days of the summer holidays so we thought we'd have a look around potters world while we were delivering fresh scotch eggs to Lanchester Garden Centre. There's loads of cool animals to see here and a great covered play area too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Our Boerowors scotch egg has been getting a lot of love this weekend 🥰 we agree - it’s the BEST! It even has the seal of approval from our real South African friend Grant who provides the perfect seasoning to make these super authentic!

A little personal post from us at Cassie’s Kitchen…

This year, Andrew is taking on the Great North Run to raise money for Daisy Chain, an amazing charity that supports autistic children and their families.

As many of our customers know, one of our children is autistic, so this is a cause that’s very close to our hearts. Daisy Chain provides incredible support to families who need it, and we wanted to give something back.

If you’ve enjoyed one of our scotch eggs over the years and would like to support Andrew (or just enjoy the thought of him having to run 13.1 miles 😅), we’d be hugely grateful for any donation. Every penny goes directly to Daisy Chain and helps them continue the fantastic work they do.
