I wanted to share something really special that Drew and I have been creating 🤍

After losing my dad last year and Drew losing his mum the year before, Birmingham Hospice (St Mary’s) supported both of our families with such compassion and care through the hardest moments of our lives.

We really felt called to give something back, while creating an offering of rest, connection and wellbeing for our local community.
We’ll be holding a gentle evening soundbath, where you can simply lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and percussion.

No experience needed. Just come as you are, get cosy and allow yourself space to rest, receive and be held in stillness.

⭐What to bring: A mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort
All funds raised will go to Birmingham Hospice.
