Sweetened poha! While I was making this poha today, it took me back to some good old days!
In my school days whenever my mum used to make this for breakfast , we( me n my siblings)would run to have freshly grated coconut which we would love to eat. ..
I still remember when I used to work ( in my early twenties) this was my best breakfast choice as this would ideally satiate by sweet tooth and keep me full for long. My dad would love to hv this poha especially made by me🤩
And now it’s my children’s favorite too!
Always better than the store bought cereals!💁🏻‍♀️
It’s super simple to make:
Take a measure of poha( thin ones), add loads of grated coconut and grated jaggery as per your taste! Mix it nicely giving it a good knead so that all the three ingredients is incorporated well. All done.

I am not a tea ☕️ lover .. yesterday I had been to supermarket and I came across Twinings peach and orange tea.. thought of trying them..at times I love having simple herbal tea to feel connected to nature! 🍃 and a warm hot chocolate 🍫 for my daughter ..(she has them occasionally too)😍

Yummy Rice laddoos.. traditionally prepared in Kerala...roasted rice grounded, jaggery and generous amount of coconut 🥥!!
Let us all enjoy guilt free snack... These are not only delicious but also healthy and a perfect snack to satisfy those sweet cravings😋😋😋
