Club Bandit core member LILITH and ROM boss Billund will be closing out our night, drawing influence and energy from around the world, and running through more flavours than you can shake a stick at. Kuduro, Baile Funk, Jungle, Dembow, Juke, Footwork, Hard Drum, Northern Tek, Brum Bassline - you name it, they’ve got it. The power couple have played out across a variety of brum venues and radio stations, with Billund having a string of releases on Interpolate, Erbium, Fly By Night and more - Brum’s sexiest B2B are no strangers to lighting up the dancefloor.

KaraKat’s energy filled sets have become a staple of recent ROM nights, running the ship solo or teamed up with her Club Bandit crew, it’s always a ruckus with Kara. For this residents party, she’s curating the warmest of warm up sets, setting the vibes on the dancefloor from 10-11 with a wicked concoction of dancehall, electro, garage and the ethereal.

As a team, Club Bandit have been bringing a much-needed DIY experience to the second city, with a real party outlook and a club-centric, variety approach to music. When the CB team threw their first party in early 2020, it was the most interested we'd been in an event here for a long time. Aiming first and foremost to create and nurture a safe and sexy club environment for q***r party-goers, CB are one of our favourite brands in the city.

KaraKat, WAJ and YANG will be bringing the noise with an adrenaline-filled 90 minute set, twisting and winding between anything hardstyle: be it techno, club or breakbeat. Something’s cooking at CB HQ and as always, expect to be served a big bag of vocal edits, insane and unexpected blends, and a deliciously unparalleled energy behind the decks.

(Method Collective)

Method Collective have been throwing parties across the 0121 and 0161 for the past few years; booking key figures in the scene, such as Gene On Earth, Youandewan and Alec Falconer to name just a few. Regularly featuring on the support bill for these events are core team members Louis and Keelan, garnering a cult following in both cities with their fixation on deep cuts and tight blends.

Both DJs sights are firmly set on the dancefloor, curating sets that ebb and flow between house, techno, electro and breaks with ease. Expect the Method boys to take you on a journey through the ethereal and the irresistibly stirring.

Opening the running on Friday are a pairing that are by no means new to ROM events, having closed out both our Breaka show and Relay night with an eclectic blend of Jungle and other 160bpm madness.

This time they'll be turning down the gas k**b just a tad, running through a bag of more downtempo selections to set the scene for Method and Club Bandit. Expect spaced out melodies, chuggy percussive workouts, warping basslines and a whole heap of feel good fun.
