From conference management to on-site festival planning ⭐️

Sunshine, smiles, and a brilliant day all round ☀️

Last Saturday, Sarah and Emma were on site at Allsee bringing everything together — from coordinating food vendors and the bar, to adding those extra special touches with balloon modellers, caricaturist, branded ice cream, and live entertainment.

Yesterday, Emma, Paige and Sarah attended International Confex at ExCeL London — and what a fantastic day it was!

It was brilliant to step into the world of events as attendees for a change, rather than running our own. From insightful keynote sessions and inspiring panel discussions to discovering innovative suppliers, creative stand designs and the latest event tech, there was so much to take in. The energy across the exhibition floor was incredible, and it was great to connect with so many passionate industry professionals.

Spending the day exploring new ideas, gathering inspiration, reconnecting with friends and having meaningful conversations made for a truly productive (and refreshing!) experience. Sometimes the best way to grow is to step back, look around and see what others are creating — and yesterday did not disappoint.

A great day at and already looking forward to putting our new ideas into action!

What a way to start 2026!

We were proud to kick off our first event of the year delivering the Birmingham Law Society Legal Awards at the iconic International Convention Centre — and what a night it was.

With 500+ guests in the room, 14 award categories and around 70 finalists, this event was the culmination of months of planning.

In the build-up, our team worked closely with the client and partners to coordinate:
• Managing submissions and shortlisting logistics
• Scheduling and delivering a week of finalist interviews
• Liaising with judges and stakeholders
• Event design, production and staging
• Guest list management and seating for 500+ attendees
• Supplier coordination, AV, branding and show calling

From the first interview slot to the final award presentation, every detail came together to create a seamless and celebratory evening recognising excellence across Birmingham’s legal community.

There’s something special about your first event of the year — the energy, the momentum, the standard it sets for the months ahead. If this is how 2026 is starting, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings.

A huge congratulations to all finalists and winners, and thank you to everyone who played a part in making the night such a success.

After a great two weeks rest and Christmas break and then two days of snow, we’re officially back together again today in the office.

We’ve reminisced on what a great Christmas everyone has had, a highlight for us all was our getting married just before Christmas 🎄 huge congratulations to both Paige and Oliver Lee

As you can see, we all thoroughly enjoyed the photobooth!

Here’s to another event-filled year, we’re all excited for the year ahead 🎉

As we close for Christmas, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible year at AllinAll Events 🎄✨

2025 was a year of growth, variety and firsts — including delivering our very first festival — alongside a packed calendar of awards, conferences, launches and expos.

This year we delivered:

At AllinAll Events we are gearing up for No5 Barristers’​ Chambers does Strictly 9 to 5 – Goes Festive! 💃🎄

We’ve got 8 incredible couples taking part this year, and here’s a little look at them last weekend – learning their group routine, practising their own dance, and getting interviewed for the big night! 🎥

Each contestant has been paired with a professional dancer who’s been teaching them a festive routine over the past few weeks. The sparkle is definitely coming together! ✨

Behind the scenes, we’re finalising costumes, hair, makeup, menus, and all the finishing touches with our suppliers to make sure 10th December is a night to remember. 🌟

Only a few weeks to go… the countdown is officially on!

On Saturday, from 10am through to 4:30am the next morning, Emma and Sarah were onsite at The Vox Conference Venue as the event management team for AllinAll Events for the Multicultural Inspire Awards.

They spent the day preparing the venue — from VIP goody bags and raffle setups to place cards, chair covers, programmes, and coordinating volunteers and entertainers.

By 5pm, registration opened and the celebrations began: red-carpet photos, incredible entertainment and 16 awards presented.

The event wrapped followed by the after-party, while Emma and Sarah began the pack-down.

A long day, but so enjoyable — and an honour for AllinAll Events to be part of such a special celebration.
