Just Like Ma’s Curry Night – Prep in Full Swing! 🍛
Big batch cooking day here…peeling, chopping, and roasting these beautiful pumpkins (including a trusty Crown Prince!) which can be enjoyed if you order the Daal, Pumpkin & Chickpea Curry 🌿

The kitchen smells amazing already, earthy lentils, sweet roasted squash, and all those warm spices coming together. Even the pumpkin seeds are getting a golden air-fried crunch for garnish.
