Wild Garlic Jelly. I’ve not been experimenting much lately because I’ve been doing the dreaded D word. However I had a mass of flower heads from my latest wild garlic forage and wanted to preserve them. I made a vinegar as I always do with some but I decided the flowers would hang prettily in jelly. In winter I can be reminded of spring.
