TEKTU. is Birminghams wildest mid-week party with a focus on crazy production, great tunes and an even better vibe.

We give the students of Birmingham an alternative mid-week spot to party with multiple genres of music from house and DnB to RnB/Hip-Hop... TEKTU embodies what student nightlife should be all about - cheap, fun and great music. On top of this we create immersive production for all of our events which we aim to build upon as the party continues to grow. The music policy incorporates everything from

garage & house right down to hip-hop and drum & bass. Bringing together Birmingham's up and coming DJ talent for a showcase of what the second city is made of is what TEKTU is about and we aim to give new DJ’S a chance to showcase their skills. Our chosen venue, Lab11, has established itself as one of the premier destinations in a city well known for its nightlife and is known nationwide as one of the best venues for underground music. Packed out with a Funktion One sound system & the best reputation in the midlands makes Lab11 the hotspot for showcasing the best nights Birmingham has to offer.

Our Xmas special is ALWAYS one for the history books but this year we’re going in differently with a brand new concept…

On Thursday 8th December we’ll be creating a secret Santa’s grotto in and everyone who purchases a £1 super early bird or pre 11pm ticket will receive a special (or not so special) secret Santa present…
