Absolutely loving this pan-seared bream with its super crispy skin! 🐟 Paired with a delicious tomato olive risotto and my signature take of the classic ratatouille, it's a perfect combo.

Finished with vibrant basil oil for that extra touch. So good! 😋

What fun party
We were so happy 😄 to get asked to cater again for some repeat clients! They wanted to celebrate 🎉 their daughter and son-in-law's wedding after they had a reception over in France 🇫🇷. It was such a fun day, and the kids were just as much a part of it as the adults 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.
There was even a tablecloth that kept everyone entertained, grown-ups and children alike 😉👌. We honestly couldn't resist doing a little coloring ourselves... so much fun! 🖍️🎨

It's an oldie but still gets requested all the time!
Our classic Mini Yorkshire puddings filled with a tangy horseradish cream, rare roast British Beef in the case it's a lovely Chateaubriand, perfect !

Post Show party!
So we were thrilled to be recently asked to cater for the Post show party of the musical comedy Mrs Doubtfire at Birmingham Hippodrome as the shows hugely successful run came to an end .
Catering for 380 guests with some homemade tasty nibbles as we were getting everything ready we managed to snap a few pics before it was taken down to the stalls for the late night party to begin ..
