It was lovely to be back in Bromsgrove with my woodcote lane supper club, we began with a starter of charred mackerel , burnt cauliflower puree, green apple, tender leaves & fresh horseradish..
it was fab evening had by all, looking forward to our next meeting.

So another busy week in Brum came to an end with the highlight of our week catering the Gala dinner at Birmingham Hippodrome on opening night of the new Moulin Rouge theater production.
Feeding 165 guests with a bistros style menu in record time Super proud of our little team 💪🏼😎

One of last nights main courses grass fed sirloin of beef, cavolo nero, pomme anna, crispy shallot rings, sour cream and sustainable caviar.

Proud and punch when the company CEO comes and thanks you foe an amazing meal.

So last week we were at Birmingham Hippodrome catering for the BBC, its an annual event and we have catered for the BBC for a few years now . Its always a selection of tasty classic canapés like cod and chips, sirloin of beef Yorkies , homemade pakoras and bruschetta .
Its super busy service feeding 170 hungry guests on under a hour ! . Wowsers 680 canapé 😜
Massive thanks to Charlie , Amelia and the rest of the hippodrome service team .

Fantastic New client.
We were thrilled to be asked to cater our first event, a very successful breakfast meeting this week at Savills, beautiful Colmore row offices overlooking StPhillips cathedral.
Our service staff supported with freshly brewed coffee, mixed freshly baked pastries and Greek yoghurt granola pots with complementary Canape style service of a selection of warm breakfast baps.
We were delighted to hear the event was a Huge success .
