Last week was Course Maintenance Week, a vital time for the Green Team to carry out essential work across the course.

Aeration plays a key role in this process, creating thousands of tiny channels that allow air, water and nutrients to reach the roots. It is precise, technical work that keeps the greens healthy, smooth and ready for play in every season.

Our November Supper Club menu celebrates the best of autumnal dining, a beautifully crafted five-course experience from our head chef featuring local and seasonal ingredients.

From rich Cornish mussels and local pheasant to tender venison loin and a classic apple tart tatin, every dish is designed to bring warmth and comfort to the table.

Our upcoming Supper Club on Friday, 17th October, promises a five-course menu that’s bold, seasonal, and beautifully executed.

From Hand-Folded Ravioli with Pancetta and Pumpkin to Melt-in-the-Mouth Beef Fillet with Short Rib and Roscoff Onion, every dish is crafted with care and attention to detail, finished with a Brown Butter Ice Cream that must be tasted to be believed.
