UK Sports contractor We also supply storage on site both long and short term.

Based on the NEC complex in Birmingham, we provide all the technical crew for the Resorts World Arena, Utilita Arena Birmingham, The ICC and VOX. Our work there involves all the stage and seat builds for every concert and event. Our forklift drivers are responsible for unloading and reloading all the arctic lorries for every gig. Our team have an in-depth knowledge of the NEC site and are involved

in events happening on a daily basis. We also supply crew to exhibition organisers, stand builders and exhibitors. We have three portable Junckers wooden sports floors, Netball, Basketball and Badminton. These are regularly built for England netball, Netball Super League, BBL and England and Yonex Badminton all over the UK. We also supplied three netball courts to the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. We are the sole Junckers approved demountable wooden sports floor installers in the world. With our unit being right amongst the halls on the NEC we are ideally placed for our crew to work for various exhibition contractors unloading and building the stands. We’re proud to be recognised as an NEC Group Preferred Supplier.

What better way to kick off a new week than by looking back at another action-packed weekend for the team!

🏐 Sports Floors
The best weekends are always filled with Netball Super League action. On Saturday, we were at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester for AO Manchester Thunder vs Loughborough Lightning, before heading to the Motorpoint Arena on Sunday for Nottingham Forest Netball vs London Pulse.

🏟️ Arenas
Saturday was a busy one at Utilita Arena Birmingham, where the team was installing seating for BKFC before preparing the arena for Dermot Kennedy's upcoming show.

🔨 Exhibitions
Our team spent the weekend at the NEC with New Dimension Exhibitions, working hard on the build-up to Interplas 2026 and helping transform the exhibition halls ready for another major event.

And that's just the weekend...

As we move into another busy week, preparations are ramping up for the Commonwealth Games, alongside more seating and staging projects at Utilita Arena Birmingham and bp pulse LIVE. We'll also be making a visit to Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre to deliver UK Sport branding equipment.

We know we’ve been a little quiet lately… but that’s because the has been BUSY behind the scenes! 👀🔥

Over the past few weeks, our onsite teams have been travelling the country with the Netball Super League, working in incredible venues across Nottingham, Coventry, London, Liverpool and Essex. Installing the HARO wooden netball courts, but also roll-out mats, it’s always exciting bringing these arenas to life — whether they’re brand new to us or familiar favourites.

We also had the privilege of delivering the wooden subflooring and carpet installation for the NBL Finals with Badminton England at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London. What a venue… and what a setup! 🙌✨

The arenas have been absolutely buzzing too, with our team supporting setups for:

🎸 Tame Impala
🎵 Conan Gray
🎯 Darts events
⚽ And of course, the unforgettable screening of Aston Villa’s Europa League triumph!

Meanwhile, our exhibitions team have been hard at work across the NEC Halls and Coventry Building Society Arena, assisting with stand builds and breakdowns, portering, and carpet fitting — keeping events running smoothly from start to finish.

And finally… Commonwealth Games preparations are officially underway! 🏅 Accreditation is now live, and our team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure we’re ready to go.

🌍 Neon goes international… again! 🇬🇮

After a successful project in Gibraltar last September for the Netball World Youth Cup, we were invited back — this time for something slightly different: the installation of a permanent sports floor at Tercentenary Sports Hall.

Permanent flooring isn’t our core business, but one thing we pride ourselves on is building strong partnerships with the right people.

Working alongside Dynamik Sports Flooring, who supplied and installed their Komfort Elite Pro Sprung System finished in Oak Premium Sports Board, and with project supervision from Paul at PE Solutions West Midlands, we delivered another outstanding result.

This project was a perfect example of what can be achieved when experienced professionals come together with a shared commitment to quality and love for sports.

From equipment transport and Health & Safety compliance to client liaison and site coordination, every detail was handled with care and professionalism.

Today, we officially handed over the floor — and the client couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 🙌

“Solution-focused, proactive and professional” were just some of the words used to describe the process, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team effort behind this project.

As we enter the final week of the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals 2026, presented by ACN, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible journey behind the scenes.

Months of detailed planning and coordination came together seamlessly, resulting in a build that truly ran like clockwork.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our outstanding , alongside the invaluable support of our trusted partners — Cargo Express, PE Solutions and Junckers Flooring.

We successfully delivered wooden flooring and specialist sports surface installations across all venues, including OVO Wembley Arena and Copper Box Arena for competition, as well as Lee Valley VeloPark and Rose Garden TV Studios for training.

In addition, our team managed the full logistics operation, coordinating the transportation of flooring, sports surface and equipment from Birmingham to multiple venues across London.

A huge thank you to everyone involved — it’s been a privilege to play our part in delivering a world-class event.

Another day, another successful evening at the NEC Halls 🎉

Being onsite really makes the difference. This afternoon, a valued client reached out for support — with just hours to go.

Our onsite team stepped up immediately, and by 16:00 the was in place: onsite, on time, and ready to deliver across Hall 2 and Hall 4.

A huge thank you to Motive Graphics for your continued trust in our work — we’re already looking forward to the next one!

A recent setup at the NEC with TE Sportswear Ltd

Their team had their stock delivered straight to our onsite unit, which gave them the space and time to check everything properly before the show.

Once it was all sorted, our team labelled and palletised all boxes, and our forklift driver moved the boxes over to Hall 12, ready for the event.

Simple, organised, and one less thing to worry about when prepping for a show.

Events can be stressful—but having the right setup in place makes a big difference.

Our is helping bring this world-class event to life across multiple London venues — including VeloPark, Copper Box, Wembley, and Rose Garden Studios.

Today was a big day for Neon ✨

We brought our Crew Chiefs into the office for an important session focused on our 3-year plan and the crucial role they play in shaping it. Crew Chiefs are at the heart of everything we do — our biggest ambassadors, the first point of contact for clients and the wider team, and the people who welcome and guide every new starter from day one.

Getting everyone together in one room to share ideas, reflect on what we’re doing well, and explore where we can improve was genuinely inspiring. It’s moments like these that remind us what a strong, passionate team we have behind us.
