🚀 We’re officially underway!

This week marked the launch of our new construction and built environment mentoring programme, working with five alternative provision schools across Birmingham:

🏫 COBS
🏫 The Edge Academy
🏫 Reach Academy
🏫 EBN 1
🏫 EBN 2

Throughout the programme, students will:

✅ Visit live construction sites
✅ Meet and learn from apprentices
✅ Explore careers across construction and the built environment
✅ Develop valuable employability skills
✅ Build their confidence and aspirations

We’re delighted to be partnering with Midland Heart, Birmingham City University and South & City College Birmingham.

The programme is funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority and the West Midlands Careers Hub.

Week one has been fantastic, and we’ve received a brilliant response from the students. We’re looking forward to seeing their skills, confidence and ambitions develop over the coming weeks.
