This week's Plate of the Week is a three-course VIP set up created by our Culinary Director, David. To start, he prepared a fresh tuna nicoise salad, which was to be followed by a shoyu and ginger dry aged beef salad, with edamame beans and a Vietnamese dressing - something he recommends pouring over to taste in every bite. No meal is complete without a sweet treat so to finish, David created a pistachio and raspberry entremet, with fresh fruit and a raspberry coulis. Pure Michelin quality in the sky!

It's been a wonderful conference to be a part of and Niche & Bespoke are proud to have attended and sponsored for another year.

The final event was the "A Higher Standards" Gala Evening hosted at The Fillmore music venue in Denver. Group CEO, Daniel Robinson and his wife, Jenny, swapped cowboy boots and belt buckles for ballgowns and tailored suits for a night of fine dining, fine wine, and even finer company ✨
