Another week, another absolutely ridiculous lineup.

I’ll be honest… I’m a bit disappointed there’s not a single hi-vis jacket in the photos this week. Standards have well and truly slipped.

Anyway… enough about that.

The Buffalo wing was born in 1964 at the iconic Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, when hot sauce and butter transformed a humble chicken wing into a global obsession.

Fast forward to this weekend, and GREIDY’S were crowned Judges’ Choice Best Buffalo Wing at Wing Fest. 🏆🍗

And today? It’s National Chicken Wing Day.

We’re calling that fate.

We are super excited that Fireaway Grill will be parking up with us for the ENTIRETY of August 🔥

Authentic charcoal-grilled meats, cooked freshly to order over the fire. And when we say fresh, we mean it. This is food cooked with a serious amount of love, care and, obviously, a lot of fire

Fireaway Grill started after lockdown, born from a love of food and fire cooking, before Eric took the leap to leave his job as a chef and take it on full-time around three years ago.

Since then, he’s been mixing up all sorts of grills and cuisines, so expect plenty of variety and a special every single week.

There’s going to be a lot of fire activity this August… quite literally.

It’s the final day of the Smokehouse UK©️ residency. They have really elevated over this last month and it’s been ace having them and seeing them develop and grow every week.
