🚶♀️❤️ Yesterday’s Social: Wellbeing Walk – Pride in Place!🌟
This Friday, our Wellbeing Walk took us out and about in our community, chatting with local people about all the amazing things Make It Happen is doing and how we can help shape the future of Birkenhead through Pride in Place! 💜
But what exactly is Pride in Place?
🏡 Pride in Place is a 10-year, government-backed regeneration programme that puts local people at the heart of decision-making. It’s about giving communities a stronger voice in shaping the places they live, work and grow.
💷 Central Birkenhead will receive £2 million in funding and support every year to help deliver long-term improvements shaped by the people who know our community best — local residents!
At Make It Happen, we believe our community deserves to be heard. By working together, sharing ideas and getting involved, we can help create a brighter, more inclusive future for Birkenhead. 🌈🤝
📣 Your voice matters! Why not find out more, share your views and help shape the future of our town?
