Steve Edney and Louise Dowle are the talented couple behind The No Name Nursery, a unique three-acre nursery and garden in East Kent.
Steve was Head Gardener at the award-winning Salutation Gardens in Sandwich for 17 years, gaining extensive experience and national recognition, including RHS Gold Medals and appearances on Gardeners’ World. Louise is an accomplished gardener, designer and plantswoman, with a particular passion for creative planting and wildlife-friendly gardens.
Together, they established The No Name Nursery in 2019, combining their love of gardening with a desire to grow and share unusual and interesting plants. The nursery includes several Plant Heritage National Collections and is a place where they trial plants and develop new ideas.
Steve and Louise are also popular speakers at gardening events, sharing their knowledge, practical experience and enthusiasm with gardeners of all abilities.
We are delighted to welcome them to share their passion for gardening with us.
