Plate up with us for 130. 🍴

Starter number 3 of 3. A dish for those wanting something a little richer and a little bolder. With 34 guests choosing the Roast pigeon breast, this plate brought depth, balance and a beautiful pop of colour to the table.

Roast pigeon breast, parsnip & apple remoulade, butternut squash, pickled blackberries & gel, parsnip crisp.

A talking point from the moment it landed and plates returned just as we thought, completely empty.

Number 2 out of a choice of 3 was this exquisite scallop dish. 55/130 ordered this dish and here’s why!

Here’s the details: Pan fried scallops | pea veloute |watercress | crisp pancetta | roe dust | watercress oil

Every plate back empty. Overheard guests asking the guests asking how to make it. 🥹
