Hello ☺️

I would like to thank all those who are following my page, it really means a lot to me.

Below are some dates for your diaries, if you have any thoughts on wanting to gift crafts and cards, or just decorate your own homes, please do book your place as the learning room can only host 4 people at a time.

I am always happy to accommodate those who cannot attend a Wednesday workshop. If you have some friends who would like to join you why not consider attending a workshop together, I'm sure there would be many laughs along the learning trail 🤣. What better way to spend a morning/afternoon together, learn a new hobby and eating cake! 🍰🧁

Today marks the first anniversary of setting up Create Yourself Calm CIC we are delighted to share news of funding we have received.

We have been awarded the Creative Communities Commission by Brentwood Borough Council UKSPF to deliver creative health workshops to local communities in the Brentwood area. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

We have also received funding from the Health Inequalities Fund to provide creative health workshops to local groups of carers in Brentwood and Basildon.

At Create Yourself Calm we deliver workshops that combine art and creativity with wellbeing, mindfulness and self-care tips to support mental wellbeing.
