I realise I’ve been terrible at keeping up with my social media and haven’t posted for a while, I’m so sorry. Here is a little throwback of the lovely Jovita with her bouquet on her wedding day back in October 💗. I used David Austin roses roses as peonies weren’t in season and they did not disappoint!
I absolutely love this image and how beautiful her bouquet looks against her wedding dress! 😍⁣

Bringing me on to my update, I am over the moon to announce that we will be welcoming our second little miracle in November, however, with this brings some tough decisions. I have found it extremely hard trying to invest the time I want and need in to my little business, which is frustrating when I have a clear vision of what I would like to do and achieve, but, being a mummy is my number one priority, and whilst I have children that are so little, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily put things on hold until I know I can give my business 100%. ⁣

I really hope you all understand my decision and as always, thank you for your support so far. I can’t wait for the day I can come back and get stuck in properly. I will of course continue to keep you up to date 🌸⁣

I created Louisa’s bouquet using white and blush pink tones which included Roses, Spray Roses, Dahlias, Delphiniums, Astilbe, and of course a lovely mixture of foliage 🌿🌸⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Last night I had a lovely evening catching up with my lovely friend Emma, owner of . I first met Emma a couple of years ago when I went along to to help her create this stunning foam free flower installation round the shepherds hut there. I really loved this day, it was so much fun and it was definitely at this point that I realised just how much I loved creating bigger installations. ⁣⁣⁣

This was also my first experience using a flower farm, there are so many beautiful locally grown flowers here and I fell in love with British blooms even more after this. 🌿🌸⁣⁣⁣

Business Changes..⁣

You may have seen in a previous post I mentioned my decision to make some changes, so here I am to explain what this means going forward. ⁣
⁣
I’ve been extremely flexible over the last few years offering clients a complete bespoke gifting service for all those special occasions, I have really loved creating beautiful and unique arrangements for you all, however, as I continue on to the next phase of my journey I really want to now focus on the area of floristry where my true passion lies, which is Wedding & Events.⁣
I’m so excited for my next chapter, and to really get stuck in to being creative again whilst still being able to balance time with my family which, as you know, is very important to me.⁣
⁣
I will continue to offer a range for Christmas and occasions such as Mother’s Day, so keep an eye out for updates on my seasonal products.⁣

Maternity Update.. ⁣⁣

Hi everyone 👋🏼 Happy Friday! I hope you’re all keeping well?! ⁣⁣

It’s come to that time where I am preparing to come off of maternity leave and return to my wonderful world of flowers.. can you believe my baby girl is approaching 11 months old already? Although it saddens me how fast the time has gone, I really have loved every second of being with my beautiful little Olivia, and I can’t thank you enough for supporting me whilst I focused all my time on being a Mummy. ⁣⁣

My family and work life balance will continue to be extremely important to me, therefore, I will be making a few changes to my business which I’ll explain in a separate post, so keep an eye out for this over the coming weeks.⁣⁣

🌸 Announcement 🌸…👶🏼⁣

Hi Everyone, I hope you’re all well?! I think it’s about time I finally announced the news that I gave birth to a healthy baby girl on the 31st August 💗. Here is a photo of my beautiful Olivia from when she was a week old 🥰. I apologise this post is late but it’s been a crazy 8 weeks and my recovery ended up being slower than I had hoped.⁣
⁣
With my baby still being so small I have made the decision to keep my order book closed until 2022, which sadly means I won’t be taking any orders for Christmas this year.⁣
⁣
I will be back but at the moment I want to give 100% of my time to being the best mummy I possibly can as it’s something I’ve waited a long time for. Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding so far and I look forward to creating for you all again very soon 💕🌿⁣

Hi everyone 😍 I hope you’re all keeping well and enjoying a bit more freedom (and of course the lovely sunshine).
I’m really sorry for being so quiet recently, I feel I have been saying this for most of 2021 so far but now is the time to share my little secret with you all and I am over the moon to tell you that I am expecting my first baby early September 🥰.

Many of you know that my day job is working for a large travel company and I work my days off creating beautiful floral pieces for all different occasions which I absolutely love, however, I have found this quite challenging recently and therefore have decided I need to slow down which unfortunately means you will be seeing less posts from me for now.

In the background I am working on coming up with new ideas for the future of Belle Fleur, I’m not sure how this will all look yet but it’s all very exciting! 👀
