Lovely session this evening at 'La Cadencia' Salsa Social Club! We had several new faces and everyone had a great time dancing together.
Our next session is in two weeks’ time on Wed 24 June from 7pm so we hope to see you there.

After some discussion with our team and with the blessings of we have decided to offer our Sunday Soulstice session - which includes a Live Rhythms - at a discounted rate.
So instead of having catered food by a professional chef, we will all bring a dish or packed lunch (to share if you like), to help reduce costs for those who are struggling financially.

It is a sacred time of realisation, of letting go, shedding the old narratives, honouring our grief and elements in ritual. What better way after than to move our bodies freely to live music; to feel the gratitude we hold for the changes and shifting of energies that we are called to initiate? Thereafter we will also set some solstice intentions to carry us into the light while still acknowledging the shadow.

Come and join our experienced facilitators for this important session which could be transformational in so many ways. We are so looking forward to having your presence with us on this very special SUNDAY SOULSTICE. ☀️🥰

In light of the recent postponement, is proud to honour the solstice weekend with a day event ‘Sunday Soulstice’.

Join us in gathering to call in the energies of the Sun and the elements, with Elder and ceremonial space holder Annee Bury , as we move through honouring our grief and shining light onto darkness.

We then move into a Live Rhythms wave, with experienced facilitator and musician and band .silvawood.music .job.161 and Baz Bix, as we feel into our gratitude through free movement.

Lunch will be served by the amazing Andy from , with his delicious and nurturing vegan food that has been so popular all across the southwest.

After lunch we will have a special sharing circle on transformation, bringing in solar energy and ending with intention setting mantra with Beck Taylor . ☀️✨🙏🏻

We can’t wait to share this day with you. ❤️🙌🏻❤️
