We use trusted Italian suppliers to bring you a truly authentic Italian experience in every bite.

You can see how happy Chef Filippo is when he gets his hands on a huge block of Parmesan 😂😂, or the sparkle in his eyes when a massive piece of pistachio mortadella arrives for the van 😍😍.

Our newest addition is premium Gold Prosciutto for our Prosciutto e Funghi pizza. 🍕
It has quickly become one of the most popular pizzas on our menu, so it deserves only the very best prosciutto around!

Pistachio is the green gold of Sicily! 🇮🇹 It’s used in sweet and savoury dishes all across Italy, and this is just one example of how versatile it can be. Think arancini, granita, gelato, pasta, lasagne and so much more.

My must-try? Definitely pistachio pizza 🍕 with a pistachio base, creamy stracciatella, mortadella, and an extra sprinkle of crushed pistachios on top.😍

Feeling brave? Try making pistachio lasagne at home to impress your family and friends. We often eat it during special occasions like Santa Barbara celebration.🥰

That’s the start of another week!

It’s been 4 months since my partner and I opened this pizza van with pure enthusiasm and a passion for good food.

The past couple of months have been very eventful, with plenty of ups and downs. I’m glad to say that things have been mostly positive recently, and we have some exciting events booked for the summer, so please keep an eye out for new announcements coming soon.

Who wants to see garlic bread on the meniu? Some experimentation on the way ! We are thinking...garlic butter infused with roasmarin/tyme/sage blend, topped with melty cheese and finished with garlic oil.

Garlic bread will be available from Thursday at from 9-4pm. Come and give it a taste !!
