After almost 15 years, I’ve made the very difficult decision to close Butterfly Bridal
This chapter of my life has been filled with so many unforgettable moments - laughter, tears, joy and the magical "yes to the dress” moments, it really has been so special
I’ve had the absolute honour of helping thousands of beautiful brides feel their most confident, radiant selves on one of the most meaningful days of their lives. I will be forever grateful for those who chose Butterfly Bridal
However, the last few months have been hugely challenging. The bridal industry is constantly evolving, Bride’s buying habits have changed massively since covid and running all aspects of my business solo has significantly impacted my mental health so a decision had to be made
I feel this year has gone full circle from the very beginning of Butterfly Bridal and for that I’ll be forever grateful. Running the boutique solo again has meant spending time with my brides and realising why I love my job so much. & also reminded me I’m quite good at it
But now it’s time for a new chapter and the opportunity to spend special time with my little miracle munchkin. Saturdays together, an actual holiday when I can be fully present, not waking up and immediately checking emails and writing social media posts, the constant burden of running a small business
This has definitely been a head not a heart decision. My heart is currently shattered into many little pieces…..
To every bride who chose me to be part of your wedding story, Thank You. Your trust and support have meant the world to me over the years
A huge Thank You also goes to my family and friends who have supported my crazy bridal journey. I know it’s not always been easy. To the incredible women I have met because of my business who are now some of my closest friends, I love you 🥰 I couldn’t have got to this point without your love, support and care
The boutique may be closing, but the memories, the friendships, and the joy of it all will stay with me forever
