Some proper classics rolled into Middle Aston House this week…

It was a pleasure welcoming Brough Superior Motorcycle Club to the estate The bikes looked very much at home parked up in front of the house!

Whether it’s a classic motorcycle club meet, driving tour, owners’ gathering or car show, Middle Aston House makes a pretty special base. Beautiful Oxfordshire roads on the doorstep, plenty of space to display the machines, food & drink, and 53 bedrooms on-site for those who’d rather make a weekend of it.

Dearest Gentle Reader,

It has come to this author's attention that the most coveted invitation of the season is not to a ball, but to Afternoon Tea at Middle Aston House.

Throughout August, from Monday to Thursday, between the genteel hours of 12pm and 3pm, guests may indulge in delicate sandwiches, sweet treats, and tea worthy of the highest society, all within the splendour of our country house.

One small caveat: even the Queen's favourite table cannot be held without a reservation. Bookings are essential.

Will you secure your place... or spend the season consumed by regret (and inferior scones)?
