trading post with a mere 6 bedrooms. This is a far cry from the 87 bedrooms now under its roof; however the charm and character of the building are still intact. Being independently run, The Holt is able to adopt an innovative approach, tailoring is services to suit the needs of every guest. Diners can relax and enjoy the ambiance of the award winning AA Rosette Du Vall’s Restaurant which offers extensive a la Carte and Table d’hôte menus. These are accompanied by a fine wine selection from around the world by the glass or bottle, or a magnum for that special occasion
