This month feels different. I'm coming back having navigated my own season of grief, and I'm bringing it all of it with me. Because The Quiet Landing isn't just something I offer. It's something I live. 🤍

Sorry (not sorry) about my dark humour… but I know my dad found it funny.

Time for a truth bomb. Grief isn’t linear.

It doesn’t follow neat stages or a clear timeline, and it definitely doesn’t end once you reach ‘acceptance’.
Grief moves. It changes. It softens and resurfaces.
Some days will feel lighter, and others might feel just as heavy as the beginning.
And none of that means you’re doing it wrong.
Grief isn’t something you get over.
It’s something you learn to carry, in your own way, over time. 💛💛💛

People ask me this all the time...what is grief tending?
It’s not about fixing grief or moving on from it.
It’s about creating a space where it can be acknowledged, expressed, or simply held.
With gentle practices and no pressure to share, you’re free to show up exactly as you are.
Grief looks different for everyone, and having a space for it can make all the difference. 💛💛💛

Today I’m celebrating a milestone in my grief circles. Every circle is a space for connection, reflection, and holding grief with compassion. I’m proud of the space we’ve created for people to show up exactly as they are. Whether they want to listen, share, or just be. Every small step matters, and today feels like one to acknowledge and honour. 💛💛💛

This is what makes my work different.

It’s not about fixing grief or moving through it in a certain way.
It’s about creating a space that feels safe enough for you to be exactly where you are.
With gentle rituals, optional practices, and no pressure to share, you’re free to experience it in your own way.

Because grief isn’t something to rush or solve...it’s something to be held.
If this feels like what you need, you’re welcome here. 💛💛💛

Reminder: You don’t have to carry this alone.

Grief can feel incredibly isolating, even when you’re surrounded by people.
But there are spaces where you can bring it, exactly as it is, without needing to explain, fix, or rush it.
You’re allowed to be held in it. 💛💛💛

1 in 3 people avoid talking about their grief.
Not because it doesn’t matter,
but because they don’t want to make others uncomfortable.
So it gets pushed down.
Carried quietly.
Left unspoken.
But grief doesn’t disappear when we ignore it.
It finds other ways to show up. Through anxiety, burnout, or a feeling of being stuck.
This is why spaces to gently process grief matter.
Not to force anything, but to allow it to be held, in your own way, in your own time. 💛💛💛
