Indoor craft market happening in Morpeth today. Some incredible stalls and if you fancy a nibble they’ll be serving up some of my sausage rolls.

On the 30th of August we're hosting a craft market at the St James Community Centre in Morpeth!

For the past three years, it’s been a pleasure keeping the Bandits Hospitality and crew well fed trackside, with plenty of homemade sausage rolls along the way! 🏁

It’s been great to be part of the journey behind the scenes, and even better to see what has been a brilliant season for the team so far.

Today’s commission- Hen party nibble board delivered to the most magical B&B in Berwick! 🥰

Today’s commission was a 90th birthday celebration in the most beautiful venue and my personal favourite working alongside the wonderful Sarah and Mike with Mhairi at my side to assist with service.

They wanted table nibbles and canapés and the menu was the following

🐟 Hot chilli smoked salmon on Rye with cucumber and capers

🧀 Whipped feta, fig and chia seed Crostinis

🫒 olive, cured meat, cornichons and Gouda skewers

🥜 table nibbles

🍋 Lemon and chia seed cake slices

As 2027 starts to fill up, I’m excited to say that Coast to Country Catering is getting very booked up. 🙏

Which means I’m looking for a few extra hands to join the team.

I’m after people who are sociable and handy in the kitchen who also genuinely enjoy creating great experiences through food. That’s more important to me than years of kitchen experience. I can teach prep, service, and kitchen skills. 🧑‍🍳

Today we catered for the most lovely bride and groom at what I’d say is the best view of Berwick.

Location- Castle Hills Farm, home of Well Hung and Tender 🤍

We created charcuterie canapé cups and Northumbrian ploughman’s boards, packed full of all the northern staples. Peas pudding of course made an appearance ❤️

I absolutely loved creating this and feel very lucky to have had this as my first commission post-baby. What a lovely one to cater for.

Also, Massive shout out to the wonderful women who helped me pull this one off, Mhairi and Jan. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you both!!! 🙏

The kitchen utensils have temporarily been put down as we welcome our newest addition, Violet Summer, who arrived safely on 25th May.

We are overjoyed to say the least, and so incredibly grateful for her safe arrival.

I’ll be getting back to enquiries and emails over the next week or so, so please bear with me while I soak up this little baby bubble 💓🫧👶

We’ll also be back catering in July, with a team of brilliant wingmen and women by my side, ready to continue doing what I love second best to being a mum… cooking up a storm.
