So today my eldest turned 8, her official party isn’t until next weekend, also when she will have her ‘official’ cake. I have been wanting to make one of these cookie cakes so today was a great excuse to have a go!!
It tasted delicious and was demolished in minutes (my husband and kids aren’t great cake eaters but loved this!!). I used Swiss meringue buttercream to fill which I think worked well as it’s not too overly sweet. Happy 8th birthday Bella!! 💕
